BS-1C-FF is an organo-clay for solvent-based systems of low to medium polarity.

Usage

BS-1C-FF belongs to the conventional type of organo-clay group, which requires mechanical energy, shear forces applied with a good dispersion equipment, and a chemical (polar) activator to reach the proper level of delamination of the organo-clay particles.

Polar Activator: Dosage of polar activator (such as 95%ethanol, 95%methanol, 95%acetone or propylene carbonate) is 30%-50% by weight of BS-1C-FF.

It is always recommended to determine the proper level of addition by experiment. Either defect or excess of chemical activator would result in poorer viscosity development.

Recommended Levels

The amount of BS-1C-FF rheology modifier required depends upon the type of organic system and the degree of thickening or other properties desired. Addition levels are typically between 0.50-2.0percent by weight of the total system.

HFGEL-120-A21 Rheology Modifier

HFGEL-120-A21 is an organo-clay for oil-based drilling mud (fluid).

Advantages

  • Imparts good dispersion, high gel strength, and stable viscosity properties of oil based drilling fluids.
  • Used to gel oil drilling fluids for long-term suspension of weighting agents in drilling and packer fluids.
  • Aids in hole cleaning, and improves carrying lithology property.
  • Stable at both high and low temperatures.
  • Usually preferred in diesel-based, mineral oil-based, synthetic oil-based and modified vegetable oil-based drilling fluids.

Usage

Add 25-40kg/m3 of HFGEL-120-A21 to make water in oil drilling fluids, or adjust the quantity based on real situation

Normally the consumption of HFGEL-120-A21 in mineral oil-based, synthetic oil-based and modified vegetable oil-based drilling fluids will be higher than diesel-based drilling fluids.

When making the oil based drilling fluids, adding a small stream of water(0.1-0.5%)will be helpful to get ideal effect.

HFGEL-120-A21needs enough shearing to be well dispersed, to get the required viscosity


BS-1C-HM Rheology Modifier

General Information

BS-1C-HM is a kind of Rheology Modifier that used for diesel-based, white oil-based and synthetic oil-based drilling fluids. The use of BS-1C-HM can change rheological property, suspension property and carrying lithology of oil-based drilling fluids.

It can suspend cuttings and weight materials well in the drilling fluids, which is conductive to prepare highdensity or ultra-high-density oil-based drilling fluids.

It is also favourable for oil-based drilling fluids applied in large displacement wells, horizontal wells, deep wells, ultra-deep wells and other special processes. Also for multiple sets of pressure systems and other complex formation applications.

Using BS-1C-HM in oil-based drilling formula not only can greatly improve the yield value of drilling fluid, but also can improve the viscosity of drilling fluid under low shear force to protect the side wall.

Instructions for Use

BS-1C-HM can be used to increase the yield value and gel strength of diesel base, white base and synthetic oil base. The performance will be better if there is good stirring or sufficient shearing action when using the product. In the use process, BS-1C-HM can be well dispersed in the base oil before adding the main emulsifier and other drilling additives. The addition amount is generally 1.0%-5.0%of the total drilling fluid.


BS-1C-AD Organo-Clay

Usage

Add 1-15lb/bbl (2.86-42.80kg/m3) of BS-1C-AD slowly through the hopper

BS-1C-HA Rheology Modifier

BS-1C-HA is an organo-clay for oil-based drilling mud (fluid).

  • Aids in filtration control
  • Usually preferred in all diesel oil /aromatic mineral oil based and oil-emulsion based fluids. Should not be used in high performance clay-free oil based drilling fluids.

BS-1C-10 Organo-Clay

TIntroduction

BS-1C-10 is a type of economical organo-clay, which has good disperse ability, suspension and pulping properties in oil-based mud. It is generally used as thickener, filtrate loss reducing agent, and stuck release agent.

BS-1C-10 has high gel efficiency, good dispersion and stable viscosity usually preferred in various drilling fluid systems such as diesel oil, mineral oil, and synthetic oil and modified vegetable oil. There is no need to add chemical activator when using it.

BS-1C-10 can also adapt to the low and high temperature

FH-8002C Water Treatment Flocculant

FH-8002C is the upgraded version of FH-8002A. Main ingredients of FH-8002C are polymers, clays, inorganic salts.

Method of Use

  1. Add 0.05g FH-8002C to 100ml waste water
  2. Stir for 1minute, and mix the materials uniformly.
  3. Wait for 5minutes and observe the clarity.
  4. If the performance is not satisfactory, add more 0.05g FH-8002C, and repeat above process.

Performance

  • COD removing rate is 50%-99%.
  • Ammonia-Nitrogen removing rate is 15%

FH-8002A Water Treatment Flocculant

Main ingredients of FH-8002A are polymers, clays, inorganic salts.

Operation Method

  1. Add 0.05g FH-8002A to 100ml waste water.
  2. Stir for 1minute, and mix the materials uniformly.
  3. Wait for 5minutes and observe the clarity.
